The Ruling on Touching the Water of Ghusl While in a State of Janabah
If a man and his wife are in a state of janabah, and she puts her hand in the water of ghusl before performing wudu, does the water become impure according to the Hanafi school?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: Water does not become impure by being touched by the side, and God knows best.
