The Ruling on Touching a Woman Without Intent
What is the ruling on a woman touching a man and vice versa in terms of permissibility and prohibition, and whether it nullifies ablution, knowing that the act is unintentional from both sides?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Intentionally touching a foreign woman is prohibited, and if it is not intentional, we ask God for forgiveness. Wudu (ablution) is not invalidated by touching, whether intentionally or accidentally, and God knows best.
