The Ruling on the Waiting Period and Inheritance of a Non-Muslim Wife
Does a non-Muslim wife not have a waiting period and does she not inherit from her Muslim husband due to the difference in religions?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: There is no waiting period for a non-Muslim woman, nor does she inherit. And God knows best.
