The Ruling on the Two Sunnah Rak'ahs Before Maghrib Prayer
Are there two Sunnah rak'ahs before Maghrib, or is there no evidence for that from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is disliked to perform voluntary prayers before the Maghrib prayer; due to the prohibition of that, and God knows best.
