What is the ruling on the Talbiyah during Sa'i?
Answer
It is not recommended to chant the Talbiyah during the Sa'i; because engaging in the prescribed supplications at that time is better. See: Lubab al-Manasik, pp. 113-116, and Al-Wiqayah, p. 251.
