The Ruling on the Takbir of Ruku for One Who Missed the Takbir of Ihram
If a worshiper joins a congregational prayer during the ruku, is it obligatory for him to say one takbir or two takbirs considering the takbir of ihram and the takbir of ruku?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is obligatory for him to say the Takbir for Ihram, and it is recommended for him to say the Takbir for bowing, and God knows best.
