The Ruling on the Sufficiency of Tayammum and What is Exempted Due to Harm or Difficulty in It

Question
Regarding today's lesson video on tayammum by the Sheikh, he mentioned bringing the dust to the edges of the eyes. Is there not a fear that it might enter the eye and harm it? And is the method of wiping that he explained a condition, or is it the minimum requirement? It might be difficult to observe that precisely, and it may be easier to use one strike for the hands, one for the face, and one for the hands?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: the intended meaning is to cover the entire face with the effects of the strike of the ground, and not to bring the dust to the eyes; because the dust is shaken off the hand before wiping, and God knows best.
