One of the technicians works on water piping inside homes, and sometimes he sits on the floor in the bathroom to fix the plumbing, which may be dry and sometimes wet, and he cannot be certain about the purity of that moisture in every house. What do you advise him in this case regarding the purity of his clothes for performing prayer on time?
