The Ruling on the Purity of a Menstruating Woman After Sunrise
If a menstruating or postpartum woman becomes pure after sunrise, is she required to pray the Fajr prayer?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: If a woman becomes pure during a prayer time, that prayer becomes obligatory for her. If she becomes pure after sunrise, the Fajr prayer is not obligatory for her, and Allah knows best.
