What is the ruling on humility during the opening Takbir? Does the Takbir become invalid if we do not have humility in our hearts and minds?

I say, and with God's help: Humility in prayer from the opening Takbir to the Tasleem is recommended; the prayer is not invalidated by neglecting it, and God knows best.
