The Ruling on the Opening Supplication, Seeking Refuge, and Saying Bismillah for the Follower
Does the follower recite the opening supplication, seeking refuge, and Bismillah at the beginning of the prayer, or does he only say Takbir and listen to the Imam?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: It is recommended for the follower to recite the opening supplication, and Allah knows best.
