The Ruling on the Marriage Contract if it is a Representation

Question
What is the ruling on the marriage contract if it was intended as a representation, and all the elements of the contract are present? Does it count as a real marriage?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Contracts made as a form of representation are not considered valid contracts, whether it is marriage, divorce, or otherwise; because their true essence is not intended, and God knows best.
