The Ruling on the Marriage Contract for One Who Utters Disbelief

Question
Regarding the annulment of the marriage contract upon the apostasy of one of the spouses, does the contract become void simply by uttering a word of disbelief, or is one asked about their intention and purpose, and whether this word was uttered intentionally or unintentionally?
Answer

I say, and with Allah's success: It is annulled simply by uttering it without the need for intention, because it is disbelief, and Allah knows best.
