The Ruling on the Inability to Fulfill a Vow with a Condition Met

Question
A person vowed to pray twenty thousand rak'ahs if the family of the bride agreed to marry him to their daughter, and the agreement was made and he got married. What should he do? Is there an expiation for this, or is he required to fulfill the vow?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: He must perform the prayer he vowed, and God knows best.
