Question
A lady, before her death, bequeathed something to her sister and informed her that she would not forgive her if she did not carry out what she had bequeathed. However, the sister is unable to execute the will. Is she sinful for that?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the bequest is of money for the deceased and it comes from the third, it must be executed. In other cases, it is recommended or permissible to act on the will, but it is not obligatory. And God knows best.
