The Ruling on the Imam Refusing to Respond to a Religious Ruling
An imam prolongs the takbir in prayer, such as (Aaaaaaaallahu Akbar), (Allahu Akbaaaaar). Does this invalidate his prayer? And if the imam is elderly and does not respond, what is the solution?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: His matter must be followed up with the Ministry of Awqaf to preserve the prayers of Muslims; the interest of the community takes precedence over the interest of the individual, and God knows best.
