The Ruling on the Imam's Supplication After Bowing
Is it permissible for the imam during the Dhuhr prayer to make supplication after bowing in the last unit?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Qunoot is only permissible in Witr, unless a calamity befalls the Muslims, in which case Qunoot is performed in the loud prayers, and God knows best.
