Does the wudu (ablution) break merely by feeling a liquid moving in the penis, or does it break only when it exits onto the surface of the body? And is the liquid that is seen inside the penis near the head but does not appear without touching the penis considered a nullifier of wudu, or is it only what is seen outside the penis on the body that matters?
