The Ruling on the Dowry in Case of a Woman's Disobedience
A woman allowed herself to her husband, then later refused, claiming that she does not love him, and now she is in her father's house. Is the husband entitled to the full dowry if this wife refuses to return it?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: As long as there was a valid seclusion or entry between the spouses, he is entitled to the full dowry if the divorce occurs, and God knows best.
