A single girl whose father has passed away is entrusted with his wealth, and he did not leave a will. She donated part of it; is this money considered inheritance?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Everything in her possession from the money is considered inheritance for all the heirs, and her action regarding any of it is not valid unless all the heirs approve it. She must hand over the money to the heirs, as it is their property, and God knows best.
