The Ruling on the Conditional Oath for Prevention

Question
A woman had a disagreement with her husband, and he swore an oath by something forbidden that if she communicated with a certain person, she would be divorced and would go to her family's house. The woman later communicated with this man once to warn him that her husband might harm him. When she asked her husband about his intention behind the oath multiple times, he replied that he intended to prevent her to protect his home and did not intend divorce. She is now afraid that she may have fallen into something forbidden, knowing that she is in his house and their relationship is good, and she cannot tell him that she communicated with that person. What is the ruling on her husband's oath? This happened two months ago, and he has drawn closer to her several times during this period.
Answer

I say, and with Allah's success: If the condition of divorce that he suspended it upon is fulfilled, then the divorce takes place. However, she should communicate directly with the mufti and explain the entire situation to him so that he can clarify the ruling for her. And Allah knows best.
