The Ruling on the Condition Being Fulfilled in Conditional Divorce
A woman does not remember that her husband swore an oath or uttered a divorce if she went to a specific doctor while he was angry six years ago, and she insisted on going together. Recently, she went with another woman to the same doctor. What is the ruling on her?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: If the husband says that he swore an oath to her, then his statement is the one that is considered, and the divorce occurs if the condition is fulfilled. He should consult the mufti to confirm the situation, and Allah knows best.
