The Ruling on the Clothes of the Deceased After Their Death
What is the ruling on the clothes of the deceased? Is it permissible to keep them for remembrance, or must they all be distributed?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: The heirs own them, and they have the right to dispose of them as they wish, and Allah knows best.
