The Ruling on the Amount of Impurity That Is Forgiven

Question
How do we reconcile the amount of impurity that is equivalent to a dirham, which is forgiven, with the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) when he passed by two graves and said: 'Indeed, they are being punished, and they are not being punished for something great. As for one of them, he did not clean himself after urination,' or he said: 'He did not cover himself from urine, and as for the other, he used to walk around spreading gossip.'
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The existence of forgiveness does not negate dislike, and sin is incurred in that if one is able to remove the impurity. However, our discussion is about forgiveness in the validity of prayer, and the hadith can also be interpreted in more than this extent, and God knows best.
