The Ruling on the Ablution of Those with Excuses

Question
What is the ruling on the ablution of the elderly who use diapers and cannot control themselves even during prayer? How should the ablution be performed?
Answer

I say, and with God's success: Their ablution does not differ from the usual ablution, but if urine comes out of him involuntarily, he cannot pray except with the impurity exiting, he is considered a person with an excuse such that one ablution suffices for him for each prayer time, and it does not harm him if the excuse exits after that, even during the prayer, and he is excused for the impurity on him because of this excuse, and whenever the time for prayer enters, he performs ablution, and God knows best.
