The Ruling on Tayammum Due to Tight Sleeves
Is it permissible for a woman to perform tayammum when there is water available but she cannot lift the sleeves of her garment?
Answer
: I say, and with God's success: This is not considered an excuse for performing tayammum, and she can wash her arms without exposing her private parts, and God knows best.
