What is the ruling on Tawarruk in the first sitting of the three and four-unit prayers? And what is the ruling on Iftirash for women in the first and last sitting of the prayer?

I say, and with God's success: The Sunnah for a woman is to sit cross-legged in all sitting positions, and the Sunnah for a man is to sit with legs spread in all sitting positions, and God knows best.
