The Ruling on Swearing by the Kaaba
Is someone who swears by the Kaaba considered to have taken an oath, such that if they break it, they are required to perform expiation?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: swearing by the Kaaba is not permissible, and it is not considered an oath, and God knows best.
