The Ruling on Swearing by a Surah or a Letter from the Noble Quran
What is the ruling on a person saying in their supplication: I swear by the right of such-and-such Surah, or such-and-such letter from the Noble Quran?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is disliked to swear by the truth for anyone; because nothing has a right over God Almighty, and God knows best.
