The Ruling on Swearing an Oath with 'By Allah, It is Forbidden to Me'

Question
A man was angry, had a stomach ache, and had an argument with his wife. He swore an oath saying: 'By Allah, it is forbidden to me' that if the flight opens, I will send you to your family without return. After half an hour, they reconciled. What are the consequences of this? Is it a divorce or does he owe a kaffara (expiation) for the oath?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The divorce occurs with Ali if he intends it according to their custom as divorce; if he does not intend it as divorce, it will be an oath, and he must offer the expiation for the oath, and God knows best.
