The Ruling on Swearing an Oath to Vote for Money from Candidates

Question
A person swore to a candidate that he would give him his vote in exchange for money, and he promised more than one candidate the same thing. When voting, he registered for more than one candidate, knowing that this would not be counted in the tally, believing that he fulfilled his promise to all, thinking that he was not obligated by his oaths. What is the ruling on this?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: this is bribery, deception, and lies, all of which are not permissible for a Muslim, and God knows best.
