The Ruling on Supplicating Against the Oppressor
Is it permissible for someone who has been wronged to supplicate against the one who wronged them?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is permissible for him to pray against his oppressor, and the best time to pray against oppressors is on the Day of Arafah for those who are standing in it, and God knows best.
