The Ruling on Spending Orphaned Children's Money on Household Expenses

Question
A widow has orphans, and she has no fixed income except for money from orphan centers for her three small children. Is it permissible for her to spend this money on household necessities, knowing that she has older children?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Adults should contribute to household expenses according to their needs; so that the assistance received by the children is spent on household expenses according to their needs, and God knows best.
