The Ruling on Spending Charity Money in Multiple Ways
I have ten dinars that were donated to the mosque by donors for the girls' memorization club at the mosque, and now there are no sessions for the club at the mosque due to COVID-19, and I do not know when we will return to the sessions. Is it possible for me to buy a binding for the mosque's shelves, and spend the remainder on the women who are memorizing?

I say, and with God's success: It can be given to the women who memorize; because they are the ones who teach the Quran, God knows best.
