The Ruling on Selling Meat After Slaughter

Question
A sheep trader buys sheep to sell as meat as follows: You choose the sheep, and he slaughters it for you, then skins it and discards the skin, then removes the entrails, and then weighs it to sell the whole sheep at 70 per kilogram of meat, giving you the liver and stomach without charge. A) Is this transaction permissible in the Hanafi school of thought? B) Is it permissible to buy a sacrificial animal that meets the conditions of age and freedom from defects in this manner of sale?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This sale is permissible if it is common and people do not dispute it, and the ruling on the sacrifice does not differ in that, and God knows best.
