The Ruling on Seeking Divorce Due to Infertility
Is it permissible for a wife to seek divorce if her husband is infertile?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: The child belongs to the woman, and if she sees her interest in not staying with him because of that, she has the right to demand separation, and God knows best.
