The Ruling on Sacrifice Outside the Place of Residence
Is it permissible for me to sacrifice outside my place of residence, and is the state of ihram the same as that of a pilgrim?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for the sacrifice to be in any place, and the one who sacrifices is not considered to be in a state of ihram, and God knows best.
