The Ruling on Repeating a Surah in Two Rak'ahs of Prayer
A woman recited Surah Al-Ikhlas in the first rak'ah of her prayer, then recited it again in the second rak'ah. Is her prayer valid?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The prayer is valid even if the surah is repeated in two units, but it is preferable to read another surah. And God knows best.
