The Ruling on Renewing Repentance
A person repented with a general repentance, then remembered a sin they committed and asked about it, and it was said to him that it was disbelief. Is he required to renew his repentance again?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: There is no need to repeat the repentance; because before and after his repentance, he bears witness and thus enters Islam if he has exited from it, and God knows best.
