The Ruling on Removing the Mother from the House After the Husband's Death to Divide the Inheritance
A woman’s husband has passed away, leaving behind a simple house and ten children, as well as three brothers from the father. Now, the brothers from the father are demanding their shares of the inheritance, knowing that the wife has only this simple house, and if she leaves it, she will find no one to shelter her. What is the ruling on this action?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: If some of the children are male, the brothers from the father have no right to the inheritance, and it belongs only to the children and their mother. And Allah knows best.
