The ruling on removing hair around the eyebrow
Is it true that the hair around the eyebrow does not fall under the category of plucking, and that it is recommended for the sake of cleanliness? If so, how can I distinguish between the original eyebrow and the surrounding hair?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the removal works to restore the eyebrow to its natural state, and does not reach the level of adornment, then that is permissible, and it is not included in the hadith, and God knows best.
