The Ruling on Reciting the Quran and Performing the Prostration of Recitation Without Purity
I am a memorizer of the Book of Allah, and I go to the center and sit for three hours to review three or four parts, and sometimes my ablution breaks, and I complete the session, and we come across the prostration of recitation and prostrate, is this invalid?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is unanimously agreed that it is not permissible for you to touch the Quran without ablution, and it is not permissible to perform the prostration of recitation without ablution; because it is considered like prayer, and God knows best.
