The Ruling on Reciting the Opening Supplication in Obligatory and Voluntary Prayers
Is it required for the one praying to recite the opening supplication in every prayer, both obligatory and voluntary?

I say, and with God's success: It is recommended to recite the opening supplication when starting all prayers, and God knows best.
