The Ruling on Receiving Salaries from Islamic Banks
Based on the hadith that prohibits seeking shade under the building of an Islamic bank, how do we reconcile the prohibition of sitting in the shade of the bank with the permissibility of receiving salaries from it?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: There is no hadith regarding the bank, and it is permissible to receive salaries from the bank, and God knows best.
