The Ruling on Reading Surah Al-Mulk and Surah Al-Kahf for a Menstruating Woman
Is reading Surah Al-Kahf considered a form of remembrance, and the same for Surah Al-Mulk, such that it is permissible for a menstruating woman to read them?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: It is forbidden for a menstruating woman to read from the Mushaf, whether it is paper or on a phone. However, merely passing the eye over it is permissible on the condition that she reads from a phone that has a cover separating it, so that she does not touch the Quran. And Allah knows best.
