The Ruling on Prolonging Prostration
Does prolonging the prostration invalidate the prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Prayer is not invalidated and is not disliked if one is praying alone; because he is the master of himself. It is disliked if he is an imam leading a congregation, and God knows best.
