I say, and with God's help: Whoever is wealthy is obligated to perform the sacrifice as soon as they are wealthy, and whoever is poor is obligated to perform the sacrifice by purchasing it. Therefore, a wealthy person knows that they must perform the sacrifice without the need for intention, while the poor person is only required to do so with the purchase and intention. The intention for the sacrifice is usually made at the time of slaughtering, and God knows best.
