I say, and with God's help: The Sunnah of Fajr is not to be prayed after the obligatory Fajr prayer, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) prohibition against praying after the Fajr prayer. You must give the prayer its due by performing its obligatory acts, duties, and Sunnahs. It is not permissible to pray immediately after sunrise; we should wait for about half an hour and then pray a voluntary prayer like Duha or others. And God knows best.
