The Ruling on Photographing Hair
The questioner says: She went to straighten her hair, and the stylist took pictures of her hair before and after to show to clients. Is she sinful for that knowing that her face did not appear in the picture?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: A woman's hair is considered 'awrah, which should not be looked at before or after shaving. Therefore, such photography for men to see it is prohibited, and God knows best.
