The Ruling on Permitting Some Blasphemous Words

Question
A man claims that he said about his brother: 'Now he insults the religion of Abdul Malik,' and he believes that he did not insult the religion, and there is no need to renew the marriage contract with his wife. What is the opinion of Sharia on that?
Answer

I say, and with Allah's success: If this is the case, then it is not considered an insult and does not lead to disbelief, but he should avoid it out of fear of falling into it, and Allah knows best.
